This album is easily one of the most incredible albums released since the early 2000's and it has certainly stood the test of time.
I decided to finally get around to covering some Agalloch as a result of their recent split in June. It is such a shame that I never had a chance to see these guys live before they split up. Over the past year or so they have become one of my favorite bands. A late discovery, but definitely not the least influential on my songwriting and musical inspiration.
I am looking forward to doing more Agalloch covers in the near future and I am also currently working on finishing an EP which will be heavily influenced by early Agalloch, Ulver and Katatonia.

The use of this song at the end of the great cold death of the earth makes my heart melt.

Great sound! I'm really drawn to this intro, it just takes me to another place, with trees and fresh dew the breeze of cold air.

Favorite Hometown Band! I didn't know they disbanded. How unfortunate... :/

Fuck yes. I play guitar as well but can't read guitar music to save my life so I learn either by ear or by watching. This is perfect.

Nice job. I've been trying to learn this but I am having a hard time getting the timing right for those little one note accents in there (Am and Cadd9)

Cool cover man. Always take you to a different place. Can you give me tabs for these or atleast the strumming pattern for it. Need to learn this badly.

Hey great cover I'm trying to learn this and as a beginner I'm struggling. Is it necessary to only strum some of the notes or can I strum all strings instead? And what tabs are you using? :)

Wow no dislike man

Awesome cover mate What tuning are you in?

This song is what I would use to dedicate to those who are gonna die in this possible WWIII we might end up having and to those who’ve already died in the war in Ukraine.
