Thank you🙏 shifu for me it is: Since my 6 years old, it begun from "outside and protecting my family" during 38 years... Than.. After many "heavy lost"... My Awakening rises... So... 1) 2) 4) and the 5) hindrances are done, it took me 18 months now... Finally I need to clear the 3) dullness/heaviness and change my environment... Completely... 🙏👍
