We have been selling the Tungsten Guide Rod for over 30 years and it is one of our top sellers for many different reasons. The most important reason being that it will improve your shooting by reducing the felt recoil in your hand.

Let's start a conversation in the comments! I read every single comment!

  • Lenny, you're a mind reader! I'm holding out for the depleted uranium guide rods! đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
  • Reducing felt recoil not only improves accuracy but also makes shooting much more enjoyable.
  • I actually won one for my 30S a few years back by commenting about it in the background or something like that on one of your videos. It does make a difference on my 30S with muzzle flip.
  • Lenny I know these work but for the video should show a before and after.
  • The only time my G45 had any malfunctions was when I replaced my factory guide rod with the Tungsten or any other guide rod. The instructor at the gun range agreed that the majority of Glock malfunctions are the result of after market upgrades especially guide rods. Glock internals are designed a specific way for a reason. I run the Glock performance trigger and that’s the only internal mechanism that I use.

Hi Lenny, I bought the tungsten guide rod from you for my Glock 23 love it gen 3
  • @John_D67
Installed one in my 43X and it does make a difference. Great product. 👍🏻
  • @GS_Johnny_ADV
Spot on about the tungsten guide rod I recently added one from glockstore to my 10mm

The guide rod assembly for the Shadow Systems MR920 pistol is made from a single piece of 17-4 stainless steel. The MR920 also uses a recoil spring made from chrome silicon that's designed to fit the stainless steel guide rod

1:17 you’re telling me the g17 holds 17 rounds and also that the spring weight is 17 pounds? At that timestamp?
  • @billl1451
I got the heavy one for my 43X and man it took all I had to rack that sucker, then went back to the plastic.
  • @keefyboy
A before and after shot would have been great to see. Also a 2.39oz TLR-7 Sub is 67.8 grams and would give the same but better benefit. Any, great to see Lenny on the range demoing product and would love to see more of it.
  • @RLVTECHUSA
Well I googled it wow no plastic now I know why I hit all bullseyes
  • @RLVTECHUSA
I have a mr920 is that made of plastic too
  • @66justariot
I bought the pure tungsten guide rod for my Gen 5,Glock 45. It has a radian ramjet comp. I have the plus five mag extension, tlr light, and medium grip extension, the gun feels like a tank! Haven’t gotten to shoot it yet with work and this rain (here in PA) but I will as soon as I can!

i have the tungsten guide rod for my g19, i was at the range swapping them around and the gun felt noticeably better recoil wise and racking with the stock guide rod. i wouldn't waste my money on this. changing spring weights maybe, but the tungsten is bullshit.
