Quick tutorial on how to ruin your life as fast as possible, in other words, don't do this. This channel is based around self improvement.

This video is inspired by: How to be miserable for the rest of your life and How to quickly ruin the rest of your life by Better Ideas / Joey Schweitzer.

I haven't uploaded in a while and I know I will lose some subscribers from changing up the content, but the old videos were getting too repetitive and didn't really provide the viewers with any form of value in the end. Now that I have built an audience I will make higher quality videos on stuff that is actually worth saying, so if you want to see that, stick around. If you prefer the clickbaity short videos on controversial topics, unsub.

As someone who’s been ruining his life slowly up to this point, I really needed this. Now I can ruin my life fast, which is way more efficient. Thank you!
  • Wow.... This is spot on... We have been living to run away from discomfort and it is too easy to run. And once u fall into the rabbithole of escapism, trying to do anything discomforting is unbearable. But you know at the back of you mind that discomfort is the only way u will recover from this life ruining hell.
  • " And when the video end, don't do anything to change " Man, this sentence make the whole work alive. Good sht as usual !!!
  • @NynZhan
You described a lot of people's actual routines and now this video they watched is part of that cycle.
  • flipping this advice around: dont check phone dont scroll on tiktok or use any other apps dont have a carb filled/sugar/unhealthy breakfast do things even if you dont feel like doing them often times it will never feel like the "right time" be honest with people value other peoples opinions but dont value them so highly that it prevents you from doing things do what you want to do (within reason) even if other people think its stupid look up at people as you walk, smile, say hello keep your screen time to a minimum (unless you need it for work etc.) dont consume garbage if you watch self-help/improvement videos, implement the advice asap take action dont do what everyone else does if you want different results from everyone else if someone has achieved something that you want, see what they did differently embrace discomfort show that you like someone dont try to use someone elses personality if you want to invite someone to something, invite them, even if they might say no risk rejection if someone invites you to do something, go (unless you actually cant) give yourself time to think without distraction dont argue with people online take action and change
  • Man this is exactly what I needed. Yesterday was my last day of being a loser, from now on I'm a winner... See y'all on the top!!!

"when you see something you don't like, keep watching it" that's gold

As someone who've been doing this for 9 years, I can approve this is very helpful

Bruh, I’m paying for the Internet for not to be bullied while eating my breakfast

Fantastic video. It's actually a tactic to think like this when you want to improve. If you think "how do i become a better person" you might not get so many answers, but when you think "how do i become a worse person" you can get a lot more. Do the opposite and there you go
  • I've literally been questioning myself these past few days, LIKE I KNOW THAT IVE BEEN SPENDING WAYY TOO MUCH TIME ON MY PHONE TO THE POINT WHERE I DONT EVEN FEEL LIKE IM ALIVE. You literally just described everything I did this past week. I startes scrolling endlessly, I tried to trick myself into "doing better" by watching motivational videos but ended up doing nothing about it. I started fighting online even though i knew it was a waste of my time and energy. I promise to myself I am going to break the cycle tmr because no matter how hard it is I have to. I've forgotten who I am without my phone.

Arc, I have come a long way. And you have been significant part of this journey. Thank you. 🙏🏻😊

Thank you for this video. I’m a freshman this year, and I’ve had a shitty mental health for years now. I’m not even kidding when I say that after this video i got up, cleaned my room, wrote my essay, and finished my homework. This video wasn’t the sole reason, but a factor of many others. I will tell you, though, that this made me take a step back and consider everything I’ve been told. It’s only been a few days, but I’ve already taken steps to better my health and my environment. Thank you.

Nothing like laying it on the line! Just plain common sense and it’s nice to hear it in plain English Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to your new direction!
  • I have started going downhill a bit. I am supposed to study for my GMAT and N4 level exams, but I am not doing it. I am supposed to be at the gym atleast 3 times a week, but I am failing to do so. I think this, this and the will to lift may just be the thing to get me back on track. Keep it up Arcdelio!
  • That was the most amazing video I've probably seen in months. The way that it talks in negative, recomending things what we should not do, does a far greater impact than those inspirational videos saying what we should do.

My life was going pretty good, felt good, did amazing things. Then I saw this video and my life changed completely! Now in just a couple of weeks following this video's advice my life is going straight to the shitter. Thanks Arcdelio!
