🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

1/2 lbs strawberries (halved)
1/2 cup lemon juice (about 4 LG lemons)
Ribbons of lemon peel
6 cups water

Simple syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup organic sugar

Preparation:

-combine ingredients for simple syrup in a skillet and bring to boil to dissolve sugar, once dissolved remove from heat and place a few ice cubes in skillet to cool.
-place strawberries and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth
-strain to remove seeds and pulp (you can save this for serving)
-add mixture to container followed by simple syrup then finally the rest of the water.
-mix throughly and taste for acidity.
-refrigerate until completely chilled, then serve
-garnish with strawberry ice, fresh strawberry and lemon peel

    I make mint lemonade! One cup of simple syrup, lots of fresh mint IN the syrup, six lemons and about a quart of water. 😋😋😋
