NEW 72v ebike coming to that channel in 1-2 weeks! 🤙

This 72v electric bike runs on a high discharge battery paired up to a BAC4000 controller tuned to force 12,000w into a mid drive motor. The current setup is 137 lbs of unhinged pure adrenaline. It's risky, but this is about the most fun you can have on two wheels.

This high power machine started from a Sur Ron which is very similar to the new Talaria Sting R MX4 - but this one is amped up quite a bit more. Only a few parts remain from the original bike, such as the frame, the motor, the wheels, and the rear suspension. If you're thinking about upgrading a Talaria Sting R MX4 or a Surron you may find inspiration and room for improvement in this build

  • It seems powerful enough to be highway legal. It's definitely not really a bicycle at this point; just an electric dirt motorbike.
  • Motorcyclist here. its a motorbike. 100%. And just so you know, your gear is absolutely inadequate for riding and any kind of protection at those speeds. be safe man, no excuses, your brakes are very weak. braking needs to be your top priority on a motorcycle. Looks like a lot of fun! Just remember that when you hit the ground at those speeds you will become a human crayon.
  • Editing, speed & talk through was spot on lad! Much love from Scotland! 👍
  • My mate has one of these, you definitely dont want to take it highway speeds but taking it on trails is the most fun ive had on a bike in a while

Upgrading the rotor to one with two metals, so the central spider is a different metal bolted to the rotor, will help massively with brake fade. Given how easily that thing picks up speed I would definitely want to upgrade the brakes.

This is so true, it is about how you ride not what you ride.❤ WIth these things you can fly under the radar almost everywhere, but you also most definitely can draw attention to you if you are asking for it.

I have a similar build. Thing is an absolute hoot, but the power off the line is something to respect... which I didn't and I smashed myself up pretty good. Back on it after a bit, now on power level 6

10k is just insane man, Base Surron light already almost 5k. I got into E bikes to try and save money on fuel. My save some cash plan turned into an expensive hobby quick

My nephew's fried used to ride a 125cc scooter to work. A bit heavier than your bike, and nowhere near its level of performance. He fell over going round the corner to the road to his house. Sat looking up at the sky for a moment, had a look around, thought "oh, look... my shoe is on the road back there". His foot was still inside his shoe, severed at the ankle. I would hesitate to call you an idiot - you're an adult and you make your own choices. But the brakes on your $10,000 ebike are completely inadequate for something with its level of performance and you aren't wearing safety gear. A motorcycle boot (you ARE riding a motorbike, don't pretend it isn't one) has armour to protect you. No-one who knows how to ride a motorbike would ever ride one in shorts. That's really, really stupid. If you come off that thing at anywhere above 40mph, you will be very lucky if you end up in a wheelchair. People are fragile. Please think about this.
  • What a weapon of a bike! I want one bad!!! My motorbikes will disown me though!!!

really been enjoying your show. I cant wait to get one. Been riding bikes forever, did my first century when I was like 14 years old, but I never was allowed when I was younger to get anything with a motor, so I really cant wait :)
  • To be honest I enjoyed watching beautiful Santa Monica more than information's in the video. Not that it was boring or something. I love the video. It's just that place can't be beaten... the weather, people, beaches, ocean, houses along the beach.

Under UK law, having a twist throttle makes it not a ebike, and not having pedals makes it not an ebike. That makes it illegal. I guess that's why America is the land of the free. Frankly, what you have there is an electric motorcycle with bicycle brakes.
  • @SS-ln3dg
Wow. Speechless. I love ur videos

We got a Sur-Ron and it climbs hills so good and acceleration is crazy. I got two batteries and can travel about 50-60 miles. Put a thicker seat on too. On second set of tires now.
  • @Mark_Williams.
I was looking at getting the Lightbee X recently but for my usage an eMTB made more sense so went that route instead. The Lightbee is a motorbike, no question. But the fact that it's almost a bicycle in terms of size and looks still has me very interested. Where I am a motorbike license is required plus registration to ride it on the roads so that was the deciding factor against it for me.

What a bad ass bike! I didn't know you had another channel. I will definitely check it out!
