MFE Believer - DJI and iFlight Crystal Antenna

Published 2021-05-08
Quick flight at a new location to test out the DJI FPV system and the iFlight Crystal antenna setup. Pretty impressed with
the setup, although I am anxiously awaiting the Arduplane firmware verson to be released as stable so I don't have to run
the DEV version. Hoping in the final release they develop more of the OSD output for use with DJI. Still need to perform
some additional tuning on the flight characteristics.
Something I learned recently is when using the shake & throw method, I need to give the Believer motors a moment to fully spin
up before throwing. Once the motors have spun up completely I can barely hold the plane down; take off is very easy.
