you are the calmest chef i ever watched, I worked in the kitchen for years as a sue and head cook, never finished schooling to get chef papers, but the stress a resturant puts on staff is unreal. they have to put out 5 star meals in record time perfect all the time while people are pouring in and judging everything you do
