Welcome to the Lucastro Project, one of the most ambitious #minecraft projects ever.

This video includes a time-lapse of the whole construction of the city.
From the first building to the last one, you will be able to enjoy the whole process in this extensive video.

Over 300 players from 11 nations have contributed over 10,500 hours to the project. Of these, 5,100 hours were contributed by players from Germany and 4,500 by players from Austria. The project is still ongoing and may never be finished.

    The scale of demolition during the project is impressive in its own right. I can relate, having built a medieval city (in creative) myself, constantly expanding it and changing the vision, moving the buildings. Your city is on another level tho, i really appreciate the real life inspirations and how i can recognize the exact buildings used as a reference.

    i love how buildings are redone again and again, making it more beautiful than before. even the cathedral's nave is redone in 24:40, polygonal form is much more beautiful and complex than rounded.
