Pokerogue Blind Playthrough - Pokerogue Gameplay #3! I got a Nincada early on in Pokerogue and thought it would be funny to set up a Shedinja in Pokerogue to see if I could cheese the game. Turns out there is potential to a crazy Pokerogue run with Shedinja. Shedinja is really cool for Pokemon trivia and has a lot of meme potential with Wonder Guard, so even with the unpredictability of Pokerogue, Shedinja can still work great!

Starting the vid fighting a level 30 Varoom- missed opportunity for a Penny's theme return in the background. The arc may be complete, but the song will never die.

Just beat classic. No spoilers, but basic guide. First off, make sure to watch the Rival’s team. You want a response to it every time they show up. Start with a Meowth, a Fuecoco, and a Leech Seeder that’s either Prankster, or not weak to Poison, or not weak to Flying. - Meowth is an early area catch for Technician Fake Out Payday, to gives you a money buffer going into the late game. - Fuecoco will need a couple Carbos as you journey, but is your Torch Song Incinerate sweeper until you can find a faster Moxy or similar Pokémon; it will also learn Snarl, a boon for a specific fight. - Leech Seed will make Boss Pokémon easier. As you travel, getting 1-2 Pickup Pokémon will help greatly. They will steal any items the opponent doesn’t use, including Lucky Eggs. Zigzagoon with Baby-Doll eyes are a great pivot Pokémon for clean switches. Once you find a map, work your way through a biome that lets you catch a Fairy-Steel type and add it to your team. Once you do, find a ring of biomes on the wiki map that allows your Skeledirge or substitute to loop through and sweep. This is when you absolutely want to go ham on Lures to Incinerate both opponents at once. As you travel, watch for good TMs to round out and empower your team. As you enter the Wave 140s, prepare for the Elite Four. Go looking for a Pokémon to balance out the team and cover any region’s E4, and any Champion. If you want to cheat, the game’s RNG doesn’t exist. So if a trainer battle is too hard and you have a Minimize user, press F5 and keep track of which move selections lead to misses. I got lucky and managed to get a Starmie and Memory Shroom it Minimize, Recover, Psychic, and a coverage move for the rival, and used that to clear half her team. As you play, use those egg ticket vouchers on Shinies. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Candies to reduce the cost of your Meowth team, and get a Shiny you can add to your team to increase your Luck stat (those random item boosts).

If you happen to get Lugia from that egg gacha thing then it's pretty much an automatic win for the story mode. It has a custom move that boosts SpAtk, SpDef and heals labeled status conditions. Oh, and it gets the move by default.
