I'm surprised at the power—it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

I JUST picked up this pressure washer! Waiting on my cox hose reel as it's backordered with the mount, but I really liked that you showed how to make the entire shelf unit. This is perfect and I think a MUCH better solution than spending $120 on a s/s metal shelf that the pressure washer sits on. One thing that people do NOT mention is that since you used wood it will actually dampen the noise of the pressure washer compared to a metal shelf which would amplify it!. Can't wait to use my 630 TSS this weekend for the first time.

This turned out to be a nice set up

Please be sure to record when a leak from the high pressure hose sprays all over that electrical panel 12 inches away. And then the reaction when you find out the insurance company isn’t covering that claim because it wasn’t built to code. Should make for plenty of “likes!” Placing rubber spacers between the wall and plywood AND under the pump will help reduce noise vibration. Good tip with the rubber paint. Great job on the build.

You could always add some fairly heavy duty (short) springs with thick washers on both sides, under the pressure washer to absorb some of the vibration you will get if it's directly mounted. Pads will work too probably but might not work for long if you use it too frequently. I'd definitely try and go with SS braided hose as well. This setup is going to be sick. Great job.

I mounted mine using a french cleat system. Made it very easy to get it up level and not struggle with it.

This has the same effect as watching your bbb build videos. Can’t wait to see the warehouse done.
