2 eggs. A pinch of salt. 10 g vanilla sugar. 2 tablespoons sugar.
300 ml milk.
180g flour. 20 g cocoa.
200 ml boiling water.
Strain through a sieve to avoid lumps.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Bake on both sides over medium heat.
Trim the edges.
2:53 Prepare the filling:
150 ml canned peach juice. 10g gelatin.
200 g canned peaches.
150 g pitted cherries.
I use dried cherries that have been previously soaked in boiling water.
3:09 Preparation of the cream:
900 g Greek yogurt. 10 g vanilla sugar. 150g powdered sugar.
200 ml cream 33% fat. 50g powdered sugar.
Melt the gelatin and add a few tablespoons of cream and pour into the total mass.
Build a cake like me.
4:45 Assemble pancakes with berries and cream.
Pour in cream and top with crepes.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
Decorate the cake with melted chocolate and dried cherries.

Hands down one of the most beautiful confectionery desserts I’ve ever seen! It takes a creative mind and great artistry to conceive of a dessert like this! I wouldn’t really call it a cake, and I don’t think it is something I would care to eat because I am not fond of gelatinous foods. But, that said, it is a stunning presentation, and I thank you for demonstrating the way in which you made it.
