"Like a laserbeam, my eyes are on you" is likely an alternative structuring of the sentence "My eyes are on you like a laserbeam", meaning that the person speaking (or in this case, singing) is likely staring at their target with as much precision as a laser would have when being targeted towards the same person.

In the game manual it gives you all of their ages. Sonic is 17 or something. Knuckles is 19? Tails is 14. So they probably have a license.

I always found it awkwardly funny (stupid funny, a little bit actually funny) how Amy thinks marriage is something only one person needs to be OK with for it to happen! It's like if she's going to tie up Sonic, bring him to the church, she says "I do" and then the reverend would ask "And Sonic do you take Amy as your l-" and finally Amy screams "SHUT THE FUCK UP! His opinion won't change anything just skip to the end! Or maybe Sonic's a prince and Amy's a princess from a rich far away country and they're having an arranged marriage, but Sonic's all like "I already got enough bitches!"
