☀️Video chat with friends and family. I’m talking virtual happy hour or virtual dance parties
☀️ clean organize and donate. Sometimes we have so much things we don’t even realize. Burning candles and a clean home is a different form of peace.
☀️ remember you’re a living breathing human being. Like a house plant to drink water and get sunlight.
