This is the first of a serie of videos where I will show the formation or the dismantling of the states, the storical events and history in general using an accurate simulator.
In this video I will show the recreation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (Austria-Hungary) in 2018, 100 years after its fall in 1918 at the end of the World War I (the Great War).
We are in a Europe characterized by a profound economic crisis, which has made it impossible for countries with important military apparatuses to bear the expenses of the armies; this led to civil wars at worst, or "just" the impossibility of fighting wars. The smaller countries took advantage of this situation, reacting faster to the crisis with less expense, while still maintaining a good army in relation to the population and managing to avoid civil wars. The strongest from an economic and military point of view is Austria, which formed the "Austrian Confederation", but when the states of the confederation began to collapse, Austria both to save the situation and to expand, decided to annex the States one by one, thus reuniting the Austro-Hungarian Empire undisputed by the former main powers, which were now close to collapse.
