The Most Depressing Story In NFL History: How the Indianapolis Colts Ruined Andrew Luck...

Andrew Luck's NFL career was nothing short of a tragedy. He went from a man who once had all the talent a man could ask for, to someone out of the NFL, having his entire NFL career burned to the ground by the Indianapolis Colts organization, and a devastating amount of injuries. Andrew Luck's retirement was sudden, but maybe it should have been expected given the many horrible situations he was involved in. Anyway, if you enjoyed this video, then like and comment if you want, and you can even subscribe if you think I've earned it.

Now that Andrew Luck had retired and left the NFL, Football Analysis and Thatsgoodsports were alone in a barren wasteland. The only man that could save them in their time of need was Barry McCockiner and the forces led by urinatingtree. That is why Andrew Luck retired, simply put, Barry was too strong. I wonder if these NFL stories will ever be covered by Tom Grossi.

It’s so disgusting how some of the fans treated him after the announcement of his retirement

This man is the reason why the Bengals are doing literally everything they can for Joe Burrow You protect the #1 asset you have and give them their rest when they need it

If Luck had been taken by the Dolphins or Vikings, he's still playing today. Colts did him dirty. Great stuff Tub Frog.

The fact that Andrew Luck carried this franchise to 3 straight playoff appearances with a below average defense and no run game is incredible.

Luck proved to the world how intelligent he is by retiring. Most sagacious decision by an NFL player ever.

As a Colts fan, I’m ready to relive this pain of how they failed Luck

Andrew Luck is like Barry Sanders. They both could have kept playing at a high level for awhile, but both chose to walk away due to franchise malpractice. Luck was absolutely one of the best to play QB and I have nothing but utter respect for him to choose a happier life for himself. Luck is an extremely smart person. It's unlikely football was ever the be-all, end-all of his existence. But...I do miss that twitter account portraying him as a Civil War officer.

I remember people talking about him “coming back after retirement” and it’s almost like no one listened to him when he gave that final speech. That man had his spirit broken by on field trauma and recovery. I mean I don’t think he even looked forward to football anymore. I really wish him the best in his retirement. I’m glad he can take care of his family and be present in their everyday lives because that means more to him than any trophy or nfl paycheck he could receive. He was never on my team but he’s such a stand up guy!

I dont think people realized how crazy the whole injury hiding scandal was. we're so much more aware of injury and protecting player health now than we were in 2014 - tua gets a concussion and gets sent back in the game once and the dolphins medical staff is fired. luck was basically abused and tortured for over 2 years and when everything was breaking out, i still dont think people realized how bad the situation was. its a good thing he's smart and got out of football when he did.

The Colt’s owners never learned anything when they left Baltimore in the middle of the night. At their core, they are rotten people who destroyed this man’s body and spirit by not giving him the people he needed to win. Contrast them to the Chiefs and Eagles who value their quarterbacks and all their players. The NFL needs to have more safeguards but I doubt that will happen… Outstanding video!!!!

They also mismanaged Peyton’s career. Also, the owner caught a DUI that got suspended for 5 games. I didn’t even know an owner could get suspended.

Ryan Grigson should be arrested for what he did to Andrew Luck.
  • @speuler785
This is a guy that every single week, he had to not only play against the other team, but also his own coaches, front office, and o-line
  • @8BitDeadlift
It's honestly unforgivable that two generational quarterbacks went to a franchise that didn't know how to protect them. 1 ring over that period.

This will be lasting trauma on the franchise. Ryan Grigson did him so dirty. Pagano was never that good of a coach either. The Luck-Hilton connection alone is pretty much what made them a playoff team. And just when it looked like he was getting a fresh start in 2018, it was over. Tragic. I got Andrew’s autograph as a rookie, when I was probably 9. He’s a great guy and was my hero during my most formative Colts memories. I only have vague memories of Peyton. Andrew was my guy from ages 9-16. Sad to see this happen to your hero. Glad he’s doing well in retirement though. I truly hope Anthony Richardson’s story turns out different.

Between Irsay being a jerk, leaving Peyton out in the cold, and the fans booing Luck; they deserve every bit of misfortune that can go their way.
  • @rorybannon
This video was so frustrating. Seeing how they never got him any weapons or a competent defense and letting him play hurt for years… Luck really could’ve been an all time great if he just were out in a even decent situation
