ONE 16. When my future Children will take care of me, the same way that I took care that I took care of my parent till the day she died. I still miss her alot, and am not sure if the feeling will ever go away. But, the loyalty, stubbornness, and sheer tenacity is life is nothing short of inspiring traits that I hope to instill in my future children.

I have to say this—I was thinking through the majority of this that maybe I hadn’t made it, but purely because I have chosen to rent an apartment over owning a home. And then when I heard the part about the child version of yourself being in awe of what you’ve done. And yeah, 100%. Child me never would have imagined the success that I’ve seen…however, the very next line of having the right people around you and not being an island by yourself.
