Recorded on a real Sega Saturn with a legitimate copy of the game.

A classic game, I have uploaded the game from start to finish, even including footage of me NOT using the action replay. I had to have the action replay hooked into the system because it acted as the extra RAM that was required to play, according to the original manual for the game.

Dude... this game PARALYZED me and my brother with fear. I remember our reaction to the painting smiling, I felt as if Medusa turned me to stone. I could not move but felt the chills of terror radiate throughout my body. Had to turn it off and never returned to it. Watching it now, it looks silly but man, back then... true horror

Ok.  The opening Sega Saturn logo brought so much back.
  • This just brought back so many memories. This game was scary at night.

This game scared the shit out of me when I was young... "Laura! Laura!"

This is one of my favorite games on the Sega Saturn. I remember waiting for this game to drop, it was my first FMV game. I couldn't put it down until I finished it. The music and sound effects are creepy. Good times. I'd pay top dollar for an HD version of this game. I wouldn't want it remade, just give it some good HD up scaling.

I owned that game on my sega saturn... it was so scary playing at night with the lights off. Also from what I remember you can't save in this game. I also loved Myst and Phantasmagoria in the same genre.

I used to watch my parents play this and it brings back so many wonderful memories. My dad would try and scare me by turning the lights off and saying 'Laura'...Laura'...'Laura' it worked! I have tried to look for this game ever since and am so pleased I have finally found it. Will definitely have a great time watching! Thanks.

people like you deserve an applause because you Finnish the entire game for us, I will freak out if I had to play it.
  • I remember playing this when I was 8 years old... lol My Dad rented it for a week from the local game store, watched him play a bit. But when he put that controller down, it was my turn!!  I still remember running out of the room during the attic part... lol. Thanks for the upload, nice to re-live old memories! :-)

I remember coming home from school and playing this over and over again. Wish I still had my Saturn and all my games. Thank you for the playthrough, it was nice remembering the game as I watched you play.

Its a shame the Sega Saturn did so poorly and this was so hard to find on anything but. It really is a fantastic game, even today.

The graphics were pretty good for its time.

Ah! The game that I laughed at so hard because the stairs were always loud! So noticably loud. And you decided to go with that ending I see. Had this on PC and completed it through both ways. Getting all the beetles to see all the flashbacks is kinda tricky since they don't always appear.

Wow, I remember when this game came out the graphics blew my mind. So weird
