1 Bell Pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded
2 Sleeves of Ritz Crackers Crushed
2lb Groundbeef
1tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper & 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp Mustard
1/3 cup Brown sugar
Cook on 350 for 1 hr. and put glaze on cook for additional 15 minutes.

I could make these sugar free with the right ketchup and brown sugar replacement so my husband could have these too.

when i was little, my mom would make something similar using thanksging leftovers. chopped turkey with stuffing for the cupcake etc. and what ever magic ingredients mothers add
