[4] Pre-Grilling the Chicken
The advantage of Pre-Grilling is that when you fry later, the Outside becomes nice and crispy and the Meat stays nice and juicy on the Inside.
[5] Pre-fry the Potato Strips
Dutch Fries are 12 Millimeters thick instead of 14 Millimeters. In the Netherlands, the Pre-Fried Food is a little shorter but hotter. The Fries are lighter, but not as fatty.
[6] Corndog – Poultry Sausage in a Dough Coating
The Poultry Sausages are baked in a Classic Wheat and Corn Flour Dough (Corn = Corn Dog).

[10] Many Sauces are Homemade
Peanut Sauce, Tijuana Sauce, Joppie Original, Red Hot Chilli Pepp, Pink Panther, NL-Style Special, Kräutergarten, Mango Fresh and King Kong Coriander are the Homemade Sauces.

I went looking for it myself today and found it in the Wilms (Wilmersdorfer Str.) shopping arcade in the basement. Unfortunately a bit early, I spoke to the owner personally. I had a very nice chat and promised him to come back before Christmas, which I will do 100%.

Flawless. 10/10. No small portions either. As a Dutchie I approve. 👏🍻 Only thing I can think of for a side dish is some homemade coleslaw for a refreshing bite with a kick to it.
