In this meditation, we use the wisdom of the Law of Polarity from Hermetic teachings to alchemize fear into trust, lack into abundance, worry into peace, dis-ease into health, sadness and anger into joy, and whatever else in you is ready to be shifted to your highest good. By understanding the resonance of each, we can easily release what no longer serves us and shift into what does. By doing so, we more effortlessly create our highest timeline.
