15 minutes is not long enough with the great Eddie Murphy

Eddie has the best old Hollywood stories. Can't wait for him to write a book about his life.

This is a brilliant interview because Eddie is notoriously quiet in interviews and Jimmy does such a good job of bringing him out of his shell in this one.

Eddie is literally a time machine to one of the greatest era's in Hollywood history the 80's and early 90's. When nobody had access to the stars but stars themselves.
  • Eddie Murphy is a living legend cant believe hes 62. hes looked 40 for 20 years. incredible!
  • @2_hotty
I would watch 10 seasons of Eddie just telling stories.

Eddie doesn't need to go practice for a comedy special. He can just go up on stage and tell stories. Always love his interviews when he goes down memory lane.

I could listen to Eddie Murphy tell stories for hours! He's one of the rare people who are funny without trying..

You can't go wrong with Eddie Murphy. He's all grown up now and still funny. Still very cool and has the nerd in him we love.

Eddie needs a story series. I would watch it over and over.

Eddie’s laugh is eternally youthful! It’s like watching a little boy laugh. Pure joy.
  • This was a very funny segment. Jimmy is the perfect host to bring out the sweet, charming, innocent sense of humor that Eddie just exudes naturally. No joke set ups, just pure fun. Loved that he’s crazy about Christmas movies. Cracked up when he said, “Well, everybody likes to get presents!” And the anecdotes abut Stevie Wonder were priceless, especially that he uses echo-location by snapping his fingers. Hope he has him more often!

I was an 80s kid growing up watching Eddie Murphy. I am in my 40s now and he looks younger than me. Dude is stuck at 35 I swear. Looking great brother 💪🏽
  • “Why are you doing this” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this guy is a true legend man. Love Eddie

Everyone loves Eddie! He's just a big sweetheart, and can still have us cracking up!

That was, hands down, one of the most interesting, insightful interviews I've seen in years. What a generous guest, and it was a welcome change not to have a host interrupting an answer with another question. All he did was let Eddie reminisce, and we got to reap the rewards. I could have watched another hour.

Eddie literally told a solid joke while simply telling an old Hollywood story 🐐 🔥
