  • Good video. I sort of disagree about passing on foods because you need them to make the special dishes to make money later in the game. I was losing money just making plain sushi. I'm hiring staff just to dispatch so I can get those items. But different people different ways.

I've watched 5 of these videos about this game and this is by far the most helpful and thorough. Thanks!

Thank you! I spent hours on the cooksta app trying to figure out to push the limit on the taste rating to get platinum. Thank you!
  • @Danglebot
You can also set you menu with 1 of each item than auto replace the ingredients so it maximizes the potential loss

Thank you for the detailed tips, especially for early game I didn't know what I was doing.

Hi! Thank you for the video it’s a huge help for me. I have one question, I’m very new si I just got the option to upgrade my Cooksta from Bronze. I gen should I feel comfortable upgrading my ranking in Cooksta? I have one extra worker in kitchen and one extra in dining room and sometimes it still feels weird a struggling to keep up on busy nights. How much does upgrading increase the customer business traffic? Is there am average nightly minimum I should be making/meeting before I upgrade the ranking? I don’t know any to do it too early and set myself up to fail. I’m playing at a slower pace with no rush so if it’s going to be too challenging and stressful I’d be very happy to keep going with my current ranking until I am more prepared. But if nothing really changes then I will upgrade now. Thank you!

Hey, so first of all: nice video. I have a question: I don't understand how to equip the different weapons. For example, if I have a Rifle equipped, but now I want to switch to a Net Gun. How does it work?

  • @astr0sauce
thank you so much, helping me jump in easier
  • @benweigler3860
Good content as always, my OCD wont let me skip the cooking ingredients
  • Great video, a few extra tips: 1. Put only one of each dish on the menu and set all the dishes on the menu to Auto-supply, that way the ingredients are only used when it is ordered and nothing has to be thrown away. If its not ordered/used it simply stays in your inventory, the game does not explain this at all. 2. Do not level up the restaurant immediately as soon as you can, for example going from Gold to Platinum you will be charged 2,010 coins in 'Operating cost' every night so it is better to stay Gold a bit longer and use that money to level up your staff first. 3. All the people you hired are in the Waiting room and since you have to pay them anyway, you better let them work for it: you can Dispatch them to get seasoning like soy sauce, salt, turmeric, curry block and so on. Their Procure level indicates how good they are at getting seasoning. It will not cost you anything extra and you get free ingredients every day. 4. (spoiler ahead) The Atlantic Bonito is very rare and can be extremely hard to find, it occasionally spawns on the left side of the map around 100 meters deep just a little below the yellow ship wreck. You can sometimes see another wreck there with a mast and crows nest, the Bonito is a small silver fish usually in a group of 3. In my experience they can only be found once every 2 or 3 days. Thanks for the video and have fun everyone!
  • How i get the salvage drone? I have 2 profile 1 for me and the other for my 6 year son and he have alredy the drone and i dont and i play more mission than my son
  • @thejbot
Great tips! Best I've seen on here.
  • @everwinter002
When selling things in the store just set one quantity and then select auto fill from the drop down list for that item. That way you never need to lose any that don't sell.

Great tips. This is the best video I have seen on this game. The only thing I disagree with is not getting red containers and not making special dishes. The dispatch feature is great for special ingredents plus thewy sell for big bucks. Last tip use auto supply to not waste food.
