The album "The Great Intimacy" is an homage to the intimate relationship between the transcendent and human elements of experience. Our human experience, with its whole spectrum of colors and forms, interweaves continuously with that which is eternal and unchanging. The infinite expresses itself through the finite, which in turn merges back into the infinite.
In "The Great Intimacy", Sujatha’s flute, piano, & vocals interweave with oud & sitar by Alexander Karvelas a.k.a. dros, and Christopher Krotky’s percussion. The album was recorded & produced by Christopher Krotky. The album cover art was painted by Rob McRae.
