That first girl with the cats, was highly educated, but had started huffing computer spray cleaner. She went to rehab, and ended up doing the same work that the interventionists do. It was night and day how she was after rehab. I'm so happy for her that she didn't fry her brain with that stuff.
  • When dude asked what the charges were before he went to treatment killed me 😂😂😂
  • “I don’t do drugs!” 20 seconds later”your the reason I do the drugs!”
  • POV: it’s 1:00am and We can’t fucking sleep so We are watching police in addicts houses because of weird shit.

Seeing the way those cops picked up that first girl she must have weighed as much as an a4 sheet of paper

I will never forget Allison. Watched the episode back then, still my number one of worst addictions.

I’m a medic. A little context on the second case. It’s true that paramedics can’t render care without consent, and once unconscious it’s implied consent. However, setting aside protective custody orders, there is a concern with patient capacity to refuse care. If I have a patient that just attempted suicide or self-harm I can make the case that they are no longer able to make rational decisions for their own safety and override their right to refuse care. It’s different in every state and country, so the rules are not hard coded across all departments.

Man that second clip hit close to home, I work at a crisis hotline and I received a call similar to that. Without going into detail they refused to give me details to get help to them until they were sure they weren't going to make it and only so their family wouldn't find their body. So I sat on the phone with them while they started to loose consciousness begging for information and waiting for the phone to be pinged. They survived. 💜 but it was a hard call for both of us. I think about them a lot.
  • We had a nice sit down with my drunken sister to discuss rehabilitation and sobering possibilities. All was going great until she pulled a can of mace out of her purse and sprayed all of us. She then kicked out a window and jumped 2 stories and ended up in a tavern a few miles away

I feel bad for Tiffany’s brother who was crying. Can’t imagine a family member as an addict.

After Allison got clean she said it was the whole situation with the cats that just really set her off. To be honest, I would probably react similarly if someone tried to take my cats. 😬 And I'm not doing drugs.

Cop: “where are your cats” lady: “I ate them”
  • @SKABZ666
Bruh the last girl was like “I don’t do drugs” and then 5 min later “YOU WERE THE ONE THAT MADE ME DO DRUGS” and then “I don’t do drugs wtf”
  • @yaogwai
Girl that just downed a whole bottle of pills and said “I only need three more minutes”: Don’t touch me Paramedics: Welp, nothing we can do then

Holy shit, my friend used to live in that exact apartment of that first girl about 10 years ago in Newport, RI. Small world

1:14 Pretty much the way any cat would react if you tried to wrangle them.

Having a hard time understanding why Tiffany wasn't arrested, she assaulted 2 separate people right in front of police officers and they let her just walk away
