To whoever is edititing this video, fantastic job! I watched the whole thing, and wasn't the slightest bit bored. The cuts to different missions were perfect. The focus on the job was perfect. And shout out to the cinematographers and drone pilots, and of course Matt, who put this team together and sets the standards. This is one of the most entertaining rescue channels in the world. It's been a while since you had a difficult recovery. This one is probably in your top ten most difficult. Nice job.
-
Thank you for cleaning up all the debris left over from this wreck. That's going above and beyond. This wilderness area is a better place for you and your crew having been there.
-
Matt's living the dream. He's doing rewarding work, out in the fresh air, with a beautiful view, with a great handpicked team, with nobody unpleasant barking orders or spreading negativity, with his spunky and gorgeous wife bringing food to celebrate once the job is done. Honestly, what more can a man ask for?
-
it's a huge upgrade to have the drone footage on rescues like this!!
-
To me the best part is watching Matt leads the crew. Never a raised voice, no ego, just plain good management and wonderful attitude. General kindness is shown at all times. Kudos. Semper Gumbi!!

I believe this was one of the best recovery videos yet. Amazing maneuverability around those rocks. This is what the wrecker was designed and built for! Outstanding job guys and gals!👍

I used to live in Mesquite Nevada and these shows remind me a lot of the endless times I spent in the Arizona Strip. The landscape of Southern Utah, Nevada and Arizona can be quite alluring and beautiful. Even though I'm in the Sierra Nevada's of California I'd still could be Very Happy in Southern Utah. Speaking of the recovery aspect here, my grandmother died out in the Arizona Strip because my grandfather tried to drive a Grand Marquis from Mesquite NV to St. George UT the back way on dirt roads ( a 60 mile route that only a good 4WD should be on ). Yes, clearly he had No business being out there with that type of vehicle and to me it's clear he must've been having cognitive problems. If I remember correctly it was in February so it's usually pretty cold at that time. It's a long story but once they got stuck my grandpa eventually went to look for help, even if they had a cell phone there's usually no reception out there or least there didn't use to be. My grandmother was found laying on the ground outside the car and had succumbed to the elements by the time any help arrived. I don't think my grandpa ever wanted to live again after that and it was only 6 months or so afterwards that he passed away.

This was an awesome showcase for what the wrecker is capable of. You guys used almost all of its bells and whistles for this recovery. But the rear steer was definitely the hero at the end of the day.
-
What I want to know is who are these people who complain about every little thing you do and why are they watching? You keep doing you, Matt, because the rest of us love you for it! 👍

I just recently found your channel after watching the joint recovery between you and Dave Sparks. This is the first video I've seen of your tow truck really in action and I'll be honest, this would be nearly impossible for any other rig. First, just getting a tow truck up that trail is impressive enough, but working on that tiny shelf road and all of the off angles that you had to pull is mind blowing. Having the side winches was genius! Wiley Coyote would even be impressed.
-
Just found your channel. I was a recovery mechanic in the army for 14 years back east in PA and now I live in Santaquin. This is about to be my favorite channel!
-
Probably the most technically difficult recoveries I've seen you do. The (still unnamed) wrecker performed admirably. This recovery shows why you built it the way you did. Thanks for the great video!
-
This is what the off road wrecker was built for!!! Awesome engineering and thoughts put into this build. You used just about every option you had built into the truck! 4 wheel steer, welder, side winches great job love the videos. I had to do a really tough recovery very recently but I got it done with some things I learned from you Matt!

Living in South Africa, we have similar open spaces, to which we sometimes escape for recreational pleasure and sometimes pain, when we come undone. We don't ever need to extract ourselves from snow with crawlers because we only have snowfall in highlying mountain peaks, where one of the few roads on a mountain is San Pass which until perhaps 10 years ago didn't even have blacktop, where snowfall sometimes makes the road impassible and the local Basuthu tribesmen use ponies to get about. I thoroughly enjoy your channel and all the inserts. I've lost track of the rebuild on the little yellow Suzuki SJ410. Love it when Lady and Peanut join you on missions. I gather that you and your crew are all people of faith as I've never heard crude language. Keep up the good work and strength to you and your crew.
-
It amazes me how well you planned ahead and built the WLORW to exactly fit through the skinny bend on this trail. Makes it 11% better to watch! 👍 Cheers!
-
Peanut's dedication to Matt is heartwarming. At the start of the episode she was staring at him in the truck.
-
Matt, This has got to be one of the best all time recovery videos. Great work by the whole team.
-
Hats off to you and your team. This recovery shows how beneficial the heavy wrecker is and congratulations to you for creating such a vehicle. We have done a few recoveries in our time in New Zealand so we can appreciate how much effort went into this one. Working as a team is so important. Love the scenery in your videos. Thank you.
-
Thanks for this. This is the type of You Tube that attracted me and kept me. I hope the rescue videos continue.
