100% true. I ran out of cigarettes and did not smoke for 10+ hours and i felt like a teenager again. So full of energy, no dizziness, no heavy feeling etc. It is amazing what we can do to our bodies and not realize how dangerous it really is. Thank you for a very informative video.

237 days smokefree and I really do feel better but you right I probably feel normal Lol 😂
  • @7shukur
Yes I do feel better. But I walk like a champion to the fridge. I cut the sugar and bread. I am only on fruit. I am on day 9 after 26 years of smoking. You are great I listen to ur video. May God reward u for helping the people.
  • Quite for 5 years...then for two...then for one year..Each time I fell victim was from one puff that was my downfall....thanks for great videos and logic....don't forget how hard withdrawal stages they are hard but reward of quitting far exceeds the pain for two months...

Thank you Joel if i am able to quit today it is because of your videos. God bless..
  • I never forgot this when I first watched it. Well I'm a smoker now, and I can't get any for 3 days - thinking of just giving it up whilst I'm getting over the main nicotine withdrawal. Found myself back here. Feels comical, thanks for the videos.

I'll always remember the squeaking sounds my lungs made when I breathed in and hacking up a lung in the mornings

Hey man I like your videos a lot and admire your dedication. I have been cigarette free for 8 days now after 15 years, I am 32 years old and honestly I have read that it's normal for people to suffer lack of sleep when quitting but I have the opposite problem it feels like I have developed narcolepsy lol I constantly nod off if I sit for more than 30 mins which is terrible as I work in website maintenance and design >.< Any advice?

Thanks for your time and information sir.
  • I'm on day 10 I feel so much better. My skin is radiant! My hands are soft and shiny! Its strange though, even seeing the positive I'm feeling rather ugly...like not myself...I hope this changes.
  • @ferasusif
