Just remember that the Evolution all women’s show was around the same time frame with little to no build and it runs circles around this show.
  • @hhtptai
The Khashoggi murder, the fact that Shawn Michaels ruined his retirement for the payday, and the slap in the face to the Women's Revolution by not promoting Evolution and consistently promoting Crown Jewel make this show an absolute disaster and deserves its place in the deepest depths of hell.

Brothers of Destruction vs DX should have happened in 2006 or 2009 during the last DX runs. Especially in 2006 when they could all still go at the very top level.
  • @KegOfMeat
Two other things to note: WWE got in trouble with the Saudis for a promo for Backlash at the Greatest Royal Rumble because the women were in their ring gear and after Khashoggi's death there was no mention of where Crown Jewel was being held.
  • Shane McMahon wrestled a handful of minutes and sweat more than the entirety of the roster on that night
  • Not going to lie, this series is quickly becoming one of my favourites to watch!
  • @kitrouth
Ross has now adopted Jack's nickname for Fraser "The Arrogance of Youth" You love it
  • @Abderian
Ross's Bret-on-Goldberg-esque fire on Shane McMahon gives me energy.
  • @Franic19
Very well done video. I still tend to believe that main event was a fever dream and actually never happened. In my mind Shawn Michaels still retired at Wrestlemania 26. And I believe it's for the better we all do and not remember that car crash as his last match he had.

Legend has it, if you say “Shane McMahon” three times in a mirror… Ross Tweddell comes after you.
  • Wasn't expecting Ross to appear but was pleasantly surprised. Always nice to see him slagging off Shane.
  • @storm1402
I love how vexed King Ross is, he exemplifies exactly the kind of feeling those shows brought about.
  • The Saudis saw “Legends of Wrestling” and thought “We’ll have some of that”
  • @AngelRasmus3
Ross' interruptions and ranting made this funnier! His very loud 'FUCKING SHITE!' reaction to Shane's win on the livestream reaction was amazing
  • @emofrycook
this was a wonderful retrospective on a very bizarre (insane) and complex (greed heavy) situation well done!
  • @DanKeehner
The Ross throughline gag was brilliant. And if none of them needed a second take, Fraser you sir are better than I.
  • 19:44 I always appreciate a good Simpsons reference when I hear it. Nicely done, Fraser!
  • I remember there was a time a year or two before this event that everyone desperately wanted Shawn Michaels to return for just one more match. Which he did but it was certainly not what they all had in mind
