I honestly believe, Tricia was robbed of her voice being married to a narcissist for multiple years. I’ve experienced it before a 8 year relationship with a narcissist. I didn’t realize it until I left, I had completely lost my voice. I initially realized it when I returned to the workforce, I found it hard to communicate with my colleagues. Dealing with a narcissist is literally a back n forth battle daily about nothingness over everything. It will numb you and gradually make you isolate yourself from everyone. You isolate thinking you’re protecting your family and friends from the behaviors of your narcissistic partner. Afraid that his behaviors may lead to violence and etc… After 1.5years I finally started to recover my voice and that took a professional college course in speech pathology and therapy. Dealing with a narcissist has the potential to rewire your genetic makeup
