  • At what point in this video do I hit my head? What is your favorite hiking shoe? Should I buy a tent or a tarp & bivy? Leave a comment, Subscribe and drop a Like, BUT most of all... THANKS FOR WATCHING!
  • Nice review on the Sketchers and just subscribed. About a year ago, I bought a higher end hiking boot/shoe made by Hoka called the Speedgoat. It's the most comfortable hiking boot/shoe I've owned. And in the summer time I like to wear my Keen sandals which are also comfortable. But the leather Keens seem to last the longest. I also like the Keens when I'm around the water and kayaking.

The Mrs and I have a great Mermont tent that comes with a shell. It's great for the winter camping. We're looking into purchasing the Sierra Madre hammock system as we plan on doing some hike in camping as well. Love you brother, happy hiking.

I always buy sketchers. They are the only shoes that don't give me problems and hold up for what I do. For women they have a great line of walking shoes called deelites that are amazing.

I’ve bought every brand in every price range. I’ve concluded that you will go through a pair in 6-8 months. Usually the soles of the shoes will go first then the inside padding of the shoe. Once that happens it is time to throw them out and get a new pair.

New to your channel. We enjoy hiking and camping in our rv. We plan to go fulltime hopefully next year. I was actually researching hiking shoes today. My merrells have been hurting my feet lately. Maybe I should try the sketchers. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe. Hope to see you around!

Looks good! Sounds good! As a server and CNA I too appreciate a good shoe. Please tell me you also use knee pads? Keep on keeping on!
