Eggs - 4 large,
Sugar - 1 tablespoon,
Salt - A pinch,
Flour - 180g,
Milk - 400 ml,
Butter - 30 g (melted),
Cream cheese - 400 g,
Powdered sugar - 4 tablespoons,
Whipped cream - 200 ml (30%),
Blueberries - 150g,
The size of the Protwin is (approximately) 38 x 47.
Instructions:
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
