No Human with eyes and ears could never...EVER get enough of this routine, the music, choreography, and Derek and Nicole. This is by far the best Argentine Tango dance I have ever seen, PERIOD!

I am mesmerized by this dance...it seems so passionate...nicole and derek made this dance so beautiful...I want to take dance lessons just to learn this. This was my first time watching dancing with the stars for the entire run...each week i eagerly awaited the beautiful movements of nicole and derek...what a phenomenal team...Thanks for making me want to dance....

I still watch this video and share it with others regularly. I've never seen a more magnificent, spine-chilling performance anywhere. I don't think Nicole had any ballroom experience. And she was certainly not the first DWTS contestant with prior dance training if some kind. She is soaked with talent and learns quickly. Thanks to DTWS for pairing her with Derek who brought our her best and gave us a feast for the eyes it will be difficult to ever replicate. She deserved to win. I am now a hug

I also love how Nicole characterizes herself as strong willed at the beginning but from the carriage down the stairs she gives herself to the gaucho. I also appreciate that the split leap was done like an Argentine tango dancer, I've seen that leap done before by others who are ballet dancers, and when they do that leap with ballet turnout, in that moment it takes me out of the Argentine. I was completely enchanted by this dance all the way through.
