  • I thought as much, woww, this is very much a balancing act I have been trying to navigate my way through 4 what seams like to long, because of the way I breath and other factors, i produce a sort of silica that's soild like little jellyfish sausages, I'm constantly coughing them up from the bottom of the back of my head, depends what angle my heads on, my doctor is baffled, but I've always had it I sucked my thumb on an off till I was mayb21. I always breath thru my mouth, and I'm always holding my breath for god knows how long, shallow breathing, . I'm very interested to learn more from listing to U, as I have no attention span with reading books. Thankyou
