Slow TV - White Flowers

It was very lovely to spend a few moments just standing, looking at the beautiful spring flowers, however I am conscious that many people are not so lucky to have access to this sort of thing, and might be craving connection with nature and the outside world.
So, please join me, virtually, just taking a quiet, close look at the flowers of an English wood in springtime.
Slow TV isn't for everyone, and that's OK - nothing is scripted here - no narration or music - nothing much happens, except by natural chance. There are no sudden loud noises in this video, mostly you will just hear bird song, the white noise of a gentle breeze through the branches, and occasional other natural sounds. You may also occasionally hear the faraway background of human activity, but don't think on that for now - just enjoy this peaceful moment amongst the flowers...
(This video was going to be 10 minutes of just Ramsons flowers, but as I wandered about the woods, a theme emerged)
Species (in order of appearance):
0:00 Ramsons
0:46 Blackthorn

6:00 Greater Stitchwort
6:32 Bittercress
7:23 Cow Parsley

I can’t think of a nicer sound than birdsong and running water. I wake up everyday just before the birds start to sing. In our lives we are so busy we forget the beautiful things around us.

hi shrimp, my dad passed away 2 days ago and your videos have really been keeping me sane, he was very crafty and an outdoorsman like yourself, so in a lot of ways you remind me of him. thank you for doing all that you do, your content helps a lot of people in so many ways

This posted seconds after I had just closed another Atomic Shrimp video tab.. perfect timing.

A welcome dose of anti-anxiety, anti-brain-fog video, by my favorite nuclear crustacean. So lovely. Thank you Mike for the smile on my face.

Listening to this on loop. Having a tough time. Thank you for this video.

The songs of the birds, especially the blackbird, is so calming. No one can convince me that he’s not a beautiful storyteller. I love this so much, especially because I’m bound to my bed for the most of the time. Thank you for the beautiful concert.

Thank you for evoking fond memories of spring bliss in Germany. i am living in a tropical paradise garden of my own making now, surrounded by colourful Bougainvilleas and Hibiscus and waterlilies of different hues. But nothing compares to discovering the first Snowdrop or frail Anemone after a long winter. Even as a child i would sit a long time watching those tender wonders. Not to speak of the charm cherry blossoms, blackthorn, hawthorn.... and i do miss gathering mushrooms, too! i am so grateful i can still enjoy such events by watching your videos. Warmest greetings from India💖Ma

Oh, how lovely! The birds in my garden began to sing and whistle just as I walked outside with this playing! Intercontinental bird songs 🎶 🕊️

Yay! Watching the Atomic Shrimp from England. Finally. Could someone here adopt me so that I don't have to go back?

Very calming, like relaxing with a purring kitten.

I was hiking a lot in April and saw many of these plants myself. The time of the white flowers is very nice

Wow! These flowers are so beautiful! And the birds chirping in the background...this is what Heaven must be like 😊❤

This was a lovely memory walk for me, thank you. I don't think I knew the names when I was a kid in Yorkshire, but I remember the flowers and the birdsong.
