That "speaking things into existence," "name it, and claim it," message is centered around the power of self, not the Power of God. It is just the Power of Positive Thinking and Energy Attraction from New Age, disguised with Scriptures taken out of context. You are truly blessed to have authentic spiritual gifts, so you have to be very careful to act on what God tells you, precisely and immediately.
