Among the dozens injured and one dead, 41 passengers were still receiving treatment at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital on Thursday, according to Adinun Kittiratanapaibool, the institution’s director. He also revealed 22 patients had sustained spinal injuries and 20 remain in intensive care.
The oldest patient at the hospital is 83-years-old and the youngest, a two-year-old child who suffered a concussion, Kittiratanapaibool later told reporters.
Aside from the injuries sustained by dozens of others, a 73-year-old British man with an alleged heart condition died aboard the flight.
Despite issuing an apology on Wednesday, some passengers have expressed anger at Singapore Airlines’ lack of action, while others consider themselves lucky to still be walking.

I always fasten my seatbelt AT ALL TIMES.
-
Im assuming those injured were not wearing their seat belts. No one said whether this is the case
-
Scary 😱 it could happen to any airliners..

This tragic event proves the importance of always wearing your seat belt on a flight.

They are not telling this. Let me guess, is it the Boeing airplane again? Pure coincidence, right? When last time not Boeing plane send to ISU 22 passengers after air turbulence?
-
I am curious!! The situation like this, can we claim the money from Singapore airline?
-
Montreal Convetion included an Air Turbulence compensation , hence, affected passengers claim compensation.

The presence of SIA Top Management hardly can be seen in the news. Good times all their faces at the front of the TV. Bad times can’t be seen.
-
It will be such a shame, if the airline will not cover all the medical expense for the passengers. Period !

ขอให้ผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บทุกท่านมีอาการดีขึ้นตามลำดับและกลับบ้านไปพบครอบครัวโดยเร็วนะคะ🙏

The aftershock is how the passengers are treated with so much disrespect like forbidding free press to talk to them. But these foreigners may at least get some compensation. The Singaporean injured and casualties will definitely get nothing as PAP and their institutions will bully them into silence.

When "Singapore" is mentioned, people think of 3 things: - No chewing gum, - capital punishment for petty crimes, and - a Chinese TikTok CEO repeating "I am Singaporean" like a school kid.
-
i am sure the plane was on autopilot and the pilot wasn't paying attentipn since he didn't even warn his passangers for turbulence

Pilot error. They flew into a thunderstorm

Singapore 🇸🇬 used to be an okay country. But it's now as horrible as China 🇨🇳.
-
Why do people insist on going there? That country has a very long history of such incidents and this won't change anytime soon
