Hey friends. thanks for watching. please note that this is a VERY simplified version of how short selling works. Also, hedge funds shorted more Charizard cards than were ever printed. They borrowed all the cards, sold some and then went to the people they sold to and borrowed them again, as if they were new cards, without paying back the original owners. This crazy logic is why everyone is laughing at the hedge funds that got burned.
