I love my Pyrenees . She takes good care of us. She was a rescue dog. She certainly rescued us right back.
  • Typical Pyr...he says come here twice and she just looks at him. I know that look.

My Bogart would have eaten everything on the bottom 3 shelves of that pantry within the time of this video.
  • " I WANTS OUT!" "I WANTS BONE!" "I WANTS BACK SCITCHERS" " AND I WANTS EM NOW!"

I loved doing that with my dog! I used to go, “WHAT?! WHAT?!” He would get all playful and start running around. Rip Bear March 1, 2011-November 30, 2017

Pyrenees are so communicative! Ours literally tries to talk to us like this too, he does everything but the barking, it's amazing how expressive they can be with their body language when they want something lol

I love that you call this "talking back" because my Pyr talks back to me all the time!  Of course mine is usually when she's "back talking" me as in grumbling under her breath when she wants to sit and back at someone outside but I've told her that's enough.  She'll pout and walk away from the window or wherever and grumble, then I'll tell her to stop back talking and then she'll grumble again just a little softer, and it keeps going until one of us gets the last word.  Then she'll plop down in a new spot and give the biggest sigh like I am a nagging parent who won't let her have any fun.  I swear Great Pyrenees have bigger personalities than some humans I know.  Mine is more dramatic than most people, too.

My great pyrenees does the same thing! When they REALLY want something, so the give you those ADORABLE puppy eyes while doing that cute low wag. Mine usually does that when he wants me to come back to bed and cuddle him some more, or when he wants to tag along to where ever I'm going. 😂

The guys voice would do wonders in an asmr reading for sleep. And that gorgeous big teddy bear, just gorgeous! ❤️

My GP used to do the same thing. He passed away last year, and I miss him so much His name was Titus and he acted like a Roman Emperor.

She's so cute! She makes play invites and is annoyed at the same time. And when you say no she's guilt tripping you with those sad eyes... . 👀😥 They know what they are doing... ❤🐕

She wanted dad to take her for a ride! Such a cutie 😍

I'm a retired cop, worked in a rural department. When I went to court in any of four directions I would see a GP I recognized, MILES from home. I'd pull over, call them by name, load them up and take them home. Our dentist was amazed I found his boy 12 miles south of town.

i grew up with great pyrs, and i didn't get to say goodbye to my childhood dog, ziggy. so now i watch these videos and just feel warm because i can reflect on how much i loved owning them. i live in an apartment with a restriction on size, so i have cats now. practically the same thing as owning a pyr, just smaller HAH
  • What a sweetheart. She reminds me of our Saint Bernard Sampson. Big character, big heart with big love for their family.
