What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

The first shop was amazing! I feel like that’s a good shop to buy as I don’t think you will outgrow it as there is plenty of room! I would say go for option 1 you could always build an office or turn the small garage into an office.

It clearly has enough room to build an office, especially with having that extra storage garage next to the main garage. Whatever you decide I’m sure everything will work out for the best. Absolutely own if you can. Renting leaves you at the mercy, as you are now seeing. That first place looked really nice, its already"move in" condition and you can always build a small office or studio if you need.

Happy birthday Sandy! Thankfully, a lot can change in 97 days. Hopefully you find a place to purchase. If you can only find a place to lease this time around, how about building a dream shop that you can move into when the lease expires? Either way, I still think it will work out well in the end!

Buy the shop from the beginning of the video. You can always rent out the small shop to help pay bills as necessary. Or you could renovate that space to be you office. That big garage space is nice!

Move to Tx. You can mod all you want pretty soon you can’t drive any of your cars in California without getting it taking away or huge fines either way it’s not gonna be a good place to live soon. But i get being closer to LA on the film making side. I’m really surprised you’re not doing one of the new fast movies.

That shop is a great set up for projects & your cars. The second shop could be for Sandy or maybe a paint/wrap shop for you guys. The office could be built in after you buy it if that’s the shop for you. Happy birthday Sandy!
