This has been my highest point game so far. I could get a lot more points with an infernal harpoon. Fishing level at the time was 88.

How the 6 Down Method works:

The goal of the first down is to fire at least 17 cooked harpoonfish as soon as possible, bringing Tempoross down to 4% and preventing it from performing specials. Then, 19 more cooked harpoonfish to bring Tempoross down to 4% once he rises again.

- Start by fishing 9 fish at the fishing spot closest to you.

- By the time you've cooked most or all of your fish, the double fishing spot should appear. Start fishing from the double fishing spot as soon as you can. If no double fishing spot has showed up yet, fish from the one closest to you until it does.

- Fish as much fish as you can from the double fishing spot until Tempoross performs its wave special. Tether to the pole, then immediately start cooking until you have a total of 17 harpoonfish.

- Fire your 17 cooked harpoonfish at Tempoross, which will bring it down to 4%. Douse all fires, and by the time you're done dousing there will be another double fishing spot. You can drop your buckets in between catches, or on the way to the double fishing spot.

- Fish and cook until you have 19 cooked harpoonfish. Generally, you'd always prioritize double fishing spots over cooking, but on the first down the timing is pretty tight, and you will typically barely squeeze in 19 cooked harpoonfish. If you manage to cook all your harpoonfish before the storm intensity reaches 94%, you can try to catch a few extra fish before heading to the cannon. However, at 94%, you MUST make your way to the cannon otherwise the Storm Intensity will reach 100%.

- After firing 19 cooked harpoonfish, start fishing the Spirit pool to damage Tempoross.

The goal of the second down is to fish and cook as much harpoonfish as you can, before firing 19 cooked harpoonfish at Tempoross to down him again and put him at 4% for the next phase.

- Cook and catch harpoonfish, always prioritizing double fishing spots over cooking. If your inventory becomes full, you can drop harpoonfish in between catches. You should always have at least 2 inventory spaces free when fishing at a double fishing spot. If your inventory becomes full of cooked harpoonfish, you can either drop at the cannon or at the shrine - which one depends on how much Energy Tempoross has left, as you must pay close attention to the despawn timer of 3 minutes. Manually keep track of the despawn time, or if you're using Runelite's despawn timer for ground items, items will despawn at 1620 seconds remaining. I don't recommend dropping a full inventory if the Storm Intensity is above 50%, as you need at least 19 cooked harpoonfish ready to fire at Tempoross to get phase 3's Energy to 4%.

- Once you've dropped a few cooked harpoonfish at either the cannon or the shrine, have a minimum of 20 cooked harpoonfish in your inventory, and the energy reaches 94%, make your way to the cannon to fire 20 cooked harpoonfish.

The goal of the third down is to continually reset despawn timers on fish you've dropped, while continuing to fish and cook as many harpoonfish as possible before firing 1 cooked harpoonfish to down Tempoross, then 9 in each cannon to ensure he goes down again.

- Pick up any fish you've dropped and drop it again at the shrine to reset the despawn timer. Continue fishing and cooking as many harpoonfish as you can, prioritizing double fishing spots over cooking.

- You will need a MINIMUM of 1+18+18+18 (55, or 1 full inventory + 27) cooked harpoonfish. If the fish you dropped at the beginning of this phase get close to despawning, pick them up and drop them again (but note that you'll need at least 19 cooked harpoonfish when you make your way to the cannon) At around 80-85% Storm Intensity, start prepping to fire, again making your way to the cannon at no more than 94% Storm Intensity.

- Fire ONE (1) cooked harpoonfish at Tempoross to down him, and wait until he's down before loading each cannon with 9 cooked harpoonfish. As long as you have 9 cooked harpoonfish in each cannon, Tempoross will go down before the Storm Intensity reaches 100%. Take this time while Tempoross is downed to cook any remaining harpoonfish or fish for more. For every 18 Cooked harpoonfish you have over 55, you get 1 extra Down. You'll want to be loading the cannons before the Energy hits 65-70%, as you might not have enough time to load them before Tempoross arises.

- Once you don't have enough cooked harpoonfish to down Tempoross anymore, load all of them that you can and make your way to the Spirit pool to finally kill Tempoross.

Some general advice:
- If you reach a double fishing spot immediately as it shows up, you can get 9 fishing attempts before it goes away. You can either get used to the timing, or use a Tempoross RL plugin to keep track.

EDIT: THIS METHOD HAS CHANGED RECENTLY DUE TO A TEMPOROSS UPDATE! You should only fire 19 cooked harpoonfish to get Tempoross from 4%, downed, and back to 4%.
