The way she spoke about the nutrition in the food is really telling. Even with her living where she lives and not even knowing what the items were before that day, she pretty much nailed exactly what they do to you.

Watched one of your videos , and now I’m hooked ! I really enjoy watching other cultures try new things and seeing the things they cook as well . Even my 7 year old was into the videos . How amazing it is you get to travel and experience other cultures ! A very beautiful thing ! ❤

This is the best cultural exchange I've ever seen. The local trading roles with the host and providing an honest critique of western food was amazing. I've never seen that done in such a way, and it was brilliant. I hope we see more of this in the future.

I used to fly from Chiang Mai to Mae Hong Son often. A visit to one of the villages was always a treat for me cuz I had friends there. One of my good friends Mu Bi’s mother lived in the village. I would take gifts, and always buy their handmade items. Amazing day trip in a long tail boat, down the river Pai to Huay Suea Tao village. Great people!
