  • You're 100% correct about the Indian food at the buffet. It's simply to die for and NCL's chefs who make it are experts in that particular type of cuisine.
  • Tempura shrimp, unlimited. Iā€™m convinced that is 50% of why I want to go on another cruise. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
  • Pistachio blondies...last night of the cruise... I'm going to bring a ziplock to stash a pile of these next cruise!

Grant, I love this video! My husband and I celebrated 20 years on the Getaway 2 months ago, and the buffet did not disappoint! We loved the Indian offerings and the crepe station, but my favorite offering was called volkornbrot. Itā€™s a dense, seedy bread that they had on the breakfast buffet with a Scandinavian-type spread of pickled herring and fresh tomatoes. Absolutely delicious with a generous smear of whipped butter! Let me know if you see it and what you think of it!
  • Great overview of the buffet food on Norwegian cruise ship. Looking forward to more videos, Grant!!
  • So thankful for you sharing about DIY afternoon tea! I can't wait to try their scones!
  • Pho! Iā€™m so excited! Thank you for letting me know! Headed to Alaska soon on NCL!
  • Great video as always! My teen daughter loves pho and this made her even more excited for our cruise !
  • Thank you for all of your tips and videos. Iā€™m going on my first cruise on the Pearl next month. I have enjoyed all of your videos šŸ’œ

I love your content. I've never cruised on NCL, so having these videos is very helpful. I have an upcoming sailing on the Joy NYC to Bermuda. Would you ever consider doing ship specific highlights?

On several cruises, when they offer sweet and Sour soup, I grab a large bowl from the noodle station and put some sweet and sour soup in it. Then I go over to the Asian food section an add some chicken or beef and vegetables. One could also put some of the noodles in the bowl and any of the other ingredients before you add the soup and any of the other Asian goodies that might be available at the buffet. It is delicious and people often stop and ask me where I found that, it looks so good.
