I rode it the opposite direction; such a great route! Thanks for sharing the video.

Thanks for sharing! This is one of the few videos that shows all the different types of obstacles and bad spots -- and it tells me not to try taking a bigger bike there. Wanted to do the IDBR in 2023 but plans fell apart. Hopefully next year. A small-bike trip on a 250.

Read ‘Drums Along The Salmon’ by Chilly White. The story was also printed in The American Motorcyclist magazine. He and his father, 82 years old at the time, rode the entire route, north to south on 1976 Bultaco 360 Fronteros.

I had a sweat bee go in my ear once. He started walking and buzzing on my eardrum, and it sounded like a herd of elephants in there. I almost crashed! I held my nose and blew out. The bee came out! That was a weird feeling. If he’d stung me, it would’ve been very painful. 🙀🙀

a bug in the ear is the absolute worst! I have never stopped faster to rip my helmet off to get a bug out.

Gives a whole new meaning to putting a "Bug" in some ones ear. Straw is your friend!!! Buddy had a bee go in his ear. Placed a straw in his ear Bee came out the straw!

First, entertaining vid of the ride. Well done. Second, a lot of concerning crashes. Only a matter of time before a serious injury. I can speak from experience. (Shattered collarbone in 4 places with surgery. )

Great video and scenery but did you camp? I am wondering why you guys loaded the bikes up with what appears to be too much gear.
