We had multiple recoveries over the week of Easter Jeep Safari. We were running everywhere from Hamburger Hill on Kane Creek Trail, to Hells Revenge, and Poison Spider Mesa. Here's a recap of most of the recoveries we did, some Toyota, some Jeep, even a SxS. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

Rory this is why I love your channel and dirtbilly Deluxe. You guys are a true real life channel where what we see on video is a normal day for you guys I respect that.

Seeing Ole Blue with that supercharger sticking out of the ragged metal hole in the hood puts a smile on my face every time.

The power of "dad shoes" wins again!

It's not work when you have a job you love. Rory and crew are blessed to have and be able to do these jobs.
  • That Toyota fix was the cleverest thing I have seen in a long time. Use winch and steering to pull and beat the heck out if with green dead blow hammer! Weld her up and drive out

Rock's for chock blocks to me isπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ I'm glad whoever owns the Jeep knew to chock it so it wouldn't move until Trail Mater crew showed up to do the job

You are the master of these technical recoveries, but Mike and Shawn add incredible quality to the videos too. Thanks for taking us along!
  • No matter how many times I see it I just love the looks of that super charger on old blue

Mike and Shawn, It was great meeting you up by CanyonLands Island in the Sky April 15. And then again today at the shop, Mike and Justin were so nice to talk to, so very hospitable. Keep up all the good hard work you all do to make these videos fun and interesting.

You guys are unstoppable with all the resources and experience, It's almost the HALL OF JUSTICE feeling for recoveries, " HALL OF MOAB" for sure.β€πŸŽ‰πŸ˜‚

Unicycles! They're everywhere!Β  I even saw a video recently where they were road racing them. Looks like they need some skill to ride. That counts me out. πŸ˜€
  • I don't care who tells us the have the "Worlds greatest off road wrecker". The "worlds biggest off road wrecker". Or anything else similar. I am now down to following 1.5 channels like this and I find nothing more entertaining than Trail Mater. You have a great crew, incredible knowledge of the machines and trails, a great rapport with people from all walks of life and you seem to be able to cobble up a fix on anything that gets thrown at you. Keep up the great work and you deserve way more than 246k followers.

Time to "engage the blower" Mad Max, going up that hill. Ha Ha. There really were "two speed" blowers on some WWII aircraft, they would put it in high for high altitude flying, but the engines were low rpm radials. Very cool stuff. Like the "pressure carburetors" that allowed the aircraft to do aerobatics, they would be perfect for off roading. They used fuel pressure on a diaphragm vs. a spring to regulate the fuel. But fuel injection is available... They were big too. Quite fiddly, but no electronics...
