| Instructions |

Prep:

1. Season the ribs per the instructions in the video.

2. Slice the ribs individually and season both sides.

3. Transfer to a wire rack for cooking and ease of transport.

| Cooking |

1. Set your smoker temperature for 275° F.

2. Put the ribs on the smoker, and let them smoke for 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour, flip the ribs and continue cooking for another hour.

4. After 2 hours total, transfer the ribs to a foil pan and add butter, hot honey, and Pucks shootout bbq sauce, cover, and return to the smoker for 45 minutes.

5. After 45 minutes, check the ribs for tenderness. If they're tender, remove from the pan and back onto the wire rack. Sauce with the leftover buttery bbq sauce in the pan. Let set for 2-3 minutes, flip the ribs, and repeat the process.

6. After the sauce has set, remove from the smoker and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.

7. After the ribs have cooled, eat and enjoy these awesome party ribs!

This is a great recipe for pellet grills since the smoke is not quite as intense. If you are trying this on other cookers like a WSM or BGE don't make the same mistake I did. You need BARELY any smokewood on the fire. Might even go the chips route. Its super easy to oversmoke these.

Next time I'll probably use my pellet grill to do this recipe.
  • Thank You for putting this video up! Have always wanted to do party ribs! I am a 1250 Recteq owner - great grills!
