SICK Parents forced this HOME OWNER to leave his PROPERTY causing the yard to a MASSIVE OVERGROWN

When I saw this yard, I couldn't believe it was super overgrown. So I talked to one of the neighbor who was looking after this property. From what he said the owner was forced to live with his parents because they were both sick. So I left them my number to reach me if they dont want their yard taken cared of. But the day after he message me that it was okay to worn on his yard. This took me a little over 12 hours from start to finish. It was brush pick up so it helped with all the cutting I did.

Chris, I'm at awe on this massive project you undertook. You went above and beyond. This is absolutely an amazing before and after transformation! Mr. Cris you have 2 jobs, but I commend you for finding time out of your busy schedule to help others. You are a great asset to the San Antonio community. Beautiful job! It always amazes me how the neighbors know the situation but don't think to pitch in and help the homeowner out. If they rotated every other week this type of neglect would never happen. I remember my dad and I helping a neighbor down the street one summer. It's wasn't a huge deal to do...

That was crazy! Omg, now it looks great! I'm sure the owner is going to be excited and relieved that all he has to do is, to maintain the yard. Boy, talk about being busy, you sure were! The place was under the biggest weeds ever! You handled it just like you always do, roll up your selves and get it donr no matter how bad. The place looks PERFECT for the amount you had to do. 💯👍😎

That was awesome!!! The cut back of the shrubbery on the fence line and around the house really made a huge impact. Now you can see it’s a Craftsman home and it looks adorable with cut grass and defined edges 😍. Really well done sir 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌💯💚💚💚
