Check out warminglight.com/ for some more information about red light therapy.

Some people get into full saunas or large kits of lights right off the bat. I think it's wise to invest about $40 in a single 250w bulb and reflector. That way we can get a much better idea how this stuff works, while also introducing our body to it slowly.

If someone is very depleted of nutrients, it's wise to start slow with it, or we can set ourselves back a bit as it allows us to heal.

Here is a link to the single bulb amzn.to/3EZjqhu and here is the reflector amzn.to/3jL4Mzz and feel free to reach out if you are looking for better equipment.

Here are a cheap pair of blue blockers I showed in the video(which are not currently available at the time of posting this) amzn.to/2X0VPIF

BluBlox has some stylish high quality glasses bit.ly/38hGVlz (-- help support my work with this link :)

Dr. Jack Kruse is the gentlemen I mentioned in the video. He is a genius with a wealth of knowledge about life, health and just mind blowing information. Look up some of his talks on YouTube.

thank you for confirming my thoughts. i also thought that incandescent light bulbs would have similar effects to modern red light therapy lamps.

Thank you! I love it when you post YouTube videos! If this really helps with sleep as well as well as detox, it would be a miraculous addition to my life! 😊

Incandescent with clear glass is a lot more beneficial

Finally a good vĂdeo that explains things! I could never start the therapy because in my county we dont have access to LED's Near Infrared. Now I now I can start with this. Does it change anything if it's 150 or 250 watts?

This is a good video, can you show how it works with the reflector?
  • Hey Thanks again. I love how youre thinking of the everyday Pleb like me who is now not running well anymore, run out of money and steam. And here I was thinking a $500 investment would be good. Thanks so much for saving me money (again)!

Great reason backed with info. Im not trusting leds before hand because of the dirty electricity produced, although im not sure if the full prong would cancel it out. Good to know about the limited life span, if your spending 300 plus on the red men and find it wont last min 3 yrs it sounds a rip off.

Hello, I have been using the clamps but would like a better set up.Do you have a link for light reflectors like you have?
  • Do you recommend any kind of eye protection? Or is this good to let shine on our closed eyelids?
  • @muffin1224
Where can I purchase the set up like yours? Stand, three lights, etc?
  • @SuperPract
Hi, not sure if it’s an issue for you but have you noticed any difference in your hair at all (density, texture, thickness)? I’m tempted to buy a panel or helmet but I’m wondering if these bulbs might be better considering they’re closer to full spectrum..
  • Are these safe to use on your face/eyes (obviously with your eyes shut)
    Thank You In Advance ✌

The led rlt devices users say these bulbs are useless, benefits come mainly from the heat, are they wrong?
  • @dbsean
How far away do you sit from the bulb? What’s the closest you’d want to get?
  • @everising4999
The link to the bulbs doesn’t work anymore what wattage am I looking for?
