Hi i'm Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

Can I just say the recording of this (setting up the camera) made this challenge 10x harder 😂
-
Joe actually runs 8 minute 5ks he just spends the extra putting his camera up
-
As a person who runs 5k frequently, this progress is near impossible unless you are blessed with a miraculous cardiovascular system.
-
How could you possibly get an accurate time if you’re stopping every 5 minutes to get a different camera shot.
-
this whole video is bs. you’re telling you start/stopped the timer every time you came back for the camera?
-
You've inspired me to make this video to see how my times improve ☺. Great video, hats of to you for setting up the camera, running, then going back for it etc
-
bro this whole vid is cap

the sound affect you made when the watter touched your wound was top notch. and also i love thoes arm bands you were wearing there awesome!!!
-
Top 2% for height top 10% of runners. Proper athlete mate. Somethings gotta give WHATS DOWN THERE??
-
Joe is the type if kid that would double his calories if he ran to ensure he's bulking 😂😂😂
-
i love your worth ethic you work so hard!!!
-
Ready for the 1 year natural knee & ankle bulking video! 😤😤
-
Loving the vids man , quality keeps getting better
-
Really enjoyed this vid nice work man. Keep grinding
-
This video is a bit of bs let’s be honest 🤣
-
I'm a crap runner but trying to improve, this video is motivating for me and well done on your time. Another great video 👍
-
I'm gonna start saying "knackered" let's see if it catches on in the US lol
-
Clearly paused the time when you were taking breaks
-
If I pause my timer when I take a break, my 10k time is like 40 minutes, but obviously that isn't my true time because I'm a 14.5 stone man who only runs once a week. Distance times need to include stop durations or there's no point

Loving the videos man
