Obviously is not a v6, anybody with ears can tell that's a v8
-
Uh thats the best sounding twin turbo v6 i've ever heard! Amazing how they make it sound just like a NA V8.. .it's almost as if it was. But you said it a v6 twin turbo and you said it on the internet so it has to be correct. Yesterday I flew to the moon.
-
If this is a twin-turbo 3.6-litre V6, then my name is Henry Ford !!
-
Was Jalopnik test driving it again?
-
I think you'll find the engine is the small block V8 not the V6
-
On a side note.. am i the only who's noticed that camouflage paint scheme does wonders for hiding body damage.
-
This thing has no ABS?
-
What a strange crash
-
That twin turbo V6 has the quietest turbos I've ever not heard on a car. And that exhaust note, sounds like it's got two more cylinders! Chevy must be pumping out a V8 soundtrack through some loudspeakers in the exhaust or something.
-
looks like he locks up the rear tires before the front ones, brake fading?
-
Is ABS too expensive for GM?
-
no point to cover it up at the end... video/photogs on every corner. oh well at least everyone was ok.
-
Weird how the back tires lock up first...
-
A small computer glitch caused the back brakes to lock up. GM will fix is very quickly. This beast has under its hood a naturally aspirated V-8 engine that when finally put into production will simply amaze the car enthusiast world throughout. This car will rock with the best of them. Guaranteed.
-
very clearly locked up the left rear wheel, then locked up the front....my guess is they have some sort of track mode which turns the ABS off.... they'll probably remove that for production after this...
-
I'm hoping this is a better version of the 427. sounds so beastly.
-
that monster ate the impact still in good shape.
-
This is weird; possibly a failure in the rear end? Almost like he pulled the e brake, back locks down he steers into the apex and the cars front end locks hard and pushes into the wall. I'd be curious to know if this was driver error or mechanical failure.
-
Hope they tune that exhaust before it hits production. That thing sounds like a 2.5 ton truck from WW2.
-
Holy crap that car is a tank!! Don't mind the minor scuff.
