“It’s not just the poll lead but the risk of tactical shifts which further diminish the Conservative vote share and capacity to win seats.”

The Conservatives fear that voters turning to Reform UK and the Liberal Democrats in constituencies with small majorities will propel Labour into government, explains visiting professor at LSE Tony Travers.

By any means necessary to remove the deeply corrupt Conservative Party

The beautiful outcome is neither conservatives nor reform will govern because they will never command a majority

EXACTLY the same thing exists for the Labour Party at all elections. They lose votes on their left to the Greens and on their right to the LibDems. These types of consequences will continue being present as long as the first-past-the-vote voting method remains in place. And the Conservatives could have changed that to a proportional or single transferrable voting method at the same time as they dispensed with the fixed terms of parliament. The reason they didn't do that was they calculated that it was not in their long term interests.
  • Oh dear, how tragic. 🤣🤣😂😂🐱🐱💩🧀🐷🚣‍♂️.

Tactical voting will be massive this time. One polling expert stated that Labour needed a 13 point lead for an overall majority. The reality, a 5 point lead will be enough.

hahahha time for some policies for young people not just nimby pensioners. goodbye tories!
  • Tactical voting, yes. Why do the Murdoch Goons not put Mr Curtis on? Is it because this leading expert of the Polls says it is impossible for the Tories to win or form a Government?
  • Tony Travers getting some informed contributions for once instead Barrage & Vice
  • Has anyone seen Michael Gove? I heard he's wetting his knife sharpener. Friday 13th would be less scarier than what many Tories are soon to face. Oh joy.
